God blesses you so you can bless others. Blessing others is more than occasionally giving. It is enabling others to prosper. Only God can empower you to bless, for He said- “I will make you a blessing.” God blesses us so that we can become a blessing. When you stop being a blessing, you stop being blessed. Are you a blessing?
God says you will be the head and not the tail; you will lend to nations and not borrow. He says to preach to the poor. The poor cannot help the poor. Anyone who lifts his hand to the Lord never lacks. You are the blessed. So, be a blessing.
I am blessed, but am I a blessing?
Pray: Lord, open me up! Help me become a blessing. It is the only way I can be blessed so that I will be able to do good works, and that others will find joy and happiness through me.
