Along With Jesus
Raised!
“That I may know him and the power of his resurrection…” Philippians 3:10
He’s risen! He conquered the grave. We, who were dead in sin, are now quickened with the newness of life in Christ. The resurrection of Christ was a glorious manifestation of divine power. That resurrection is now a power at work in us. That power is the working of His mighty strength that produces a new life in us and quickens our physical body.
In baptism, when we were dead with Christ, sin was finished. When we were buried with him, the sinful nature (the old self) was cut off (decayed). When we were raised with him, we received a new life – Christ’s life. Unconquerable life! Indestructible life! Abundant life! Eternal life! When we ascended with him in His ascension, Satan was placed under our feet. And now we are seated with him at the right of the father. We are crown with all power and authority.
I declare that the same Spirit that raised Christ from death is at work in me. God has quickened His life in me. He is my resurrection. He is my life. He is the power at work in me.
